IFFAC Inaugural Project – Ma Cha School Project – Sa Pa, Vietnam

The IFFAC wants to raise $10,000 for the Children of Sa Pa, Vietnam.

The first project the IFFAC will undertake is to help an organization in Northern Vietnam that is doing amazing work to help the students at the Ma Cha School in Sa Pa, Vietnam.  This organization only hires ethnic minority or underprivileged youth to work at their hotels and cafes.  They take care of all the requirements of their team including accommodation, clothing and meals as well as doctors expenses and travel.  They now have more than 50 people in their team.

On top of this they try to do their bit for the local community.  They are currently concentrating their energies on several projects.  These include the revitalization of Ma Cha School, Sunday soup day, clothing campaign for the ethnic minority tribes in Sa Pa, and the adopt a buffalo campaign.  Because the area is so poor, it is hard not to get overwhelmed by the needs of the children at the Ma Cha School; however the projects they have chosen are the ones that can best use their talents and skills for the greatest result.
